A lonely little Quetzal from Mexico who hopes to find a shoulder to lean on soon. Made of sterling silver and simply crafted with a bouquet at his feet and a hook clasp on the back, the pin was likely made around the 1930’s or 40’s. Measures 1.75” in length and 5/8” in width. The bird is in good condition with a small area of tarnish at his neck and expected light use scratches. Marked “Mexico” on the back along with something else I cannot make out (even with a loupe). Positively tested for 925 silver or higher.
